Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager - IT Sales (West Region)

West Region (Mumbai/Pune/Other Metro Cities)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced
Key Account Sales Manager
to handle enterprise clients across the
West region
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing strong client relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role demands excellent client engagement skills, regional market knowledge, and the ability to achieve business targets in the IT solutions/services domain.

  • Manage and grow business from
    key enterprise accounts
    in the West region.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Procurement Heads).
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable
    IT solutions / services / products
    to meet their business needs.
  • Drive
    end-to-end sales cycle
    including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and post-sales account management.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual
    sales revenue targets
    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and support) to ensure seamless execution for clients.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the region to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reports, forecasts, and account plans to management.
  • Ensure high levels of
    customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
    .

Key Skills:

  • Proven track record of
    IT Sales / Key Account Management
    (6–12 years).
  • Strong network and experience in handling
    enterprise accounts
    in the West region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage
    CXO-level relationships
    and drive consultative selling.
  • Self-motivated with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions/services (Cloud, Infra, Software, Security, etc.).

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
