Job Summary:
We are hiring a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive B2B corporate sales, manage client relationships, and support business expansion. This role is ideal for candidates from the vending (tea & coffee) industry who can deliver growth through strategic key account handling and excellent customer service.

Scope of Work:
  • Acquire and grow key corporate accounts

  • Retain and expand business with existing customers, distributors, and partners

  • Monitor account performance and achieve sales targets

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Handle pricing revisions, payment follow-ups, and post-sale support

  • Prepare reports, quotes, and contracts

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and gather market feedback

Qualifications:
  • Graduate (any discipline)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales

  • Proven success in key account management

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in vending industry (tea & coffee) is mandatory
