Our platform empowers startups, brands, and institutions to reach highly engaged audiences through sponsored coverage, IPO/NFO features, contests, and brand storytelling.We’re now looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team — a high-energy, self-driven individual who loves selling, building relationships, and making things happen.What You’ll Do- Identify and connect with startups, brokerages, AMCs, and brands for collaboration opportunities.- Pitch our sponsored coverage packages, contests, IPO/NFO stories, and brand articles.- Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp outreach.- Conduct sales calls and help close deals.- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.- Track market news (funding rounds, IPO pipeline, brand campaigns) to spot opportunities.- Work closely with the founder and content team to deliver successful campaigns.What We’re Looking For- 0–2 years of experience in sales/BD/marketing (freshers with hustle welcome).- Excellent communication & persuasion skills.- High energy, target-driven, and comfortable working in a startup environment.- Ability to work remotely with your own device (BYOD).- Interest in startups, finance, and brand partnerships is a plus.Salary & BenefitsCompensation: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)Incentives: Attractive performance-based commissions for each closed dealGrowth: Work directly with the founder, fast-track your career in business developmentRemote-first: Work from anywhere, flexible hoursExposure: Direct access to startups, fintechs, brands, and high-growth IPO ecosystem
