We are seeking a skilled and detailorientedindividual to join our marketing team as a HubSpot MarketingOperations Specialist. In this role you will be responsible formanaging and optimizing our marketing processes and technologystack within the HubSpot platform. You will work closely withcrossfunctional teams to ensure the successful execution ofmarketing campaigns andinitiatives.Responsibilities:
  • Configureand manage marketing automation workflows campaigns and leadnurturing programs within the HubSpotplatform.
  • Build and optimize landing pagesemail templates and forms to support marketing initiatives and leadgeneration efforts.
  • Analyze marketing data andperformance metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) andidentify areas for improvement.
  • Generatereports and dashboards to provide insights into campaigneffectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate withmarketing sales and IT teams to integrate HubSpot with othersystems such as CRM platforms and analyticstools.
  • Develop and implement best practices fordata management lead scoring and segmentation withinHubSpot.
  • Provide training and support tomarketing teams on how to use HubSpot effectively andefficiently.
  • Stay uptodate with the latestfeatures and updates from HubSpot and recommend new tools andtechnologies to enhance our marketingoperations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in marketing business or a relatedfield.
  • 2 years of experience working withHubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automationplatforms.
  • Strong understanding of inboundmarketing principles and bestpractices.
  • Proficiency in configuring andmanaging workflows campaigns and forms withinHubSpot.
  • Experience with data analysis andreporting using HubSpot analytics or similartools.
  • Excellent communication skills andability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
  • Detailoriented with strong analyticaland problemsolving abilities.
  • HubSpotcertifications (e.g. HubSpot Marketing Software Certification) areaplus.
