ABOUT THE ROLE As aProduct Marketing Manager you ll work closely with theengineering/product team and customers to understand the productroadmap and build launch assets. This role will partner closelywith the Engineering and Marketing team. You will work tounderstand the target audience key issues they are experiencing ourunique value proposition and competitive differentiators related tospecific product modules. You will use this knowledge to developGTM strategies and tactics messaging content and training as wellas to influence product design decisions and timelines. We areseeking a Product Marketer that has been a technologist in thepast. The ideal candidate will have been a developer DevOps or haveheld some other relevant technology position at some point. Youwill be seen as the voice of our products. You will workcrossfunctionally to create product marketing content (e.g. casestudies sales enablement materials product videos web copiescompetitive differentiation) that clearly and effectivelycommunicates unique capabilities of our platform in customerlanguage. In this role you will provide technical leadership tobuild expertise and enable our Market Development. As a ProductMarketing Manager you will understand orchestrate and influencecustomer campaigns marketing activities and deliver productsolutions and customer campaign feedback to the business. Anessential aspect of the role is to align the content timing anddelivery of marketing messages and outreach to optIQ.AI customersandpartners.
ROLES&RESPONSIBILITIES

Drivingthe gotomarket strategy for the companys everevolving product. Youwould be the in setting the GTM strategy for different markets andensuring their flawless executionUnderstanding new markets customer personasgeographies products and competition and delivering actionableintelligence to the product sales and other departments to maintainour competitive edge Engaging with partnerssales team and influencers to drive awareness and product demand.This will include collateral development marketing events anddigital marketing activities. Collaboratingto deliver high quality high performing campaigns assets andactivities that generates sales and builds market share OwningCustomer Marketing activities to continually educate our usersabout the product and company to increase user engagement productadoption and retention Measuring the results/ metrics of marketingactivities to enable data driven decisions on future marketingcampaigns Lead product marketing strategy& execution for the enterprise including new product andpartner launches GTM planning:Quarterbacking go to market activities for marketing teams andenabling campaign Drive lead generationefforts across Linkedin and other platforms to drive sales growthIdentify the right channels and ecosystem of partners to ensureoptIQ.AI reach to the right audience and drive conversion Uplevel the content used proposal templatesclient case studies product fact sheets and competitive positioning Direct and channel B2B positioningmessaging and audience segmentation leveraging market andcompetitive research Create and maintainassets including but not limited to solution briefs videospresentations blogs email copy and campaign copy Work collaboratively with productmanagement corporate marketing and sales enablement to deliverassets content and training Perform funnelanalysis identify optimization opportunities and take appropriateaction with a cross organizational team Identify and write customer success stories Maintain competitive intelligence on the area(s) of product yousupport Actively look for ways to helpOptIQ.AI achieve its product marketing goals Drive efforts forbuilding market awareness pipeline / demand as well as revenue Workacross the marketing team to provide content for website collateralpublic and analyst relations trade shows online marketing customerstories and more Represent the company atvarious speaking engagements and conferences Deliver sales trainingand enablement and develop tools such as sales kits ROI analysisand messaging guides to enhance sales effectiveness
KEY SKILLS: Atleast 7 years of dedicated b2b SaaSproduct marketing experience with 2 years as a manager inenterprise domain (startup experience devops experience will be abonus) A growth mindset and passionate about building things fromthe ground up strong sense of ownership and a letsgetitdoneattitude Ability to interact with seniorleadership Engineering Product Management teams Good understandingof tools of the trade i.e. SEO SEM sponsored content accountbasedmarketing excellent communication skills marketing analytics Strong attention to detail and ability tohandle multiple activities simultaneously Having experience of USregion is an added advantage Exceptionalbrand storytelling skills and experience building brandarchitectures Communication skills Clarity and brevity in all formsof communication ability to inform as well as influence iscritical. Creativity to come up with unique concepts for engagingaudiences. Excellent storytelling skills and experience creatingproduct narratives and pitches Excellent content creation skillsacross multiple mediums including video whitepapers blogs ebooksinfographics product and solution briefs Hustle Ability to meet goals with sleeves rolled up always findinga way to get things done with a sense of urgency anddrive Leadership Articulate a vision toteams collaborate with crossorg stakeholders deliver feedback andeverything in between Product MarketingStrong understanding of Linkedin and marketing across differentsocial media platforms Content Manage teams to conceptualise andcreate content for brand marketing across channels Digitally Savvy Driven to learn newtechnologies and tools Advanced projectmanagement skills with the ability to manage competing deliverablesand timelines Willingness to travel toindustry conferences customer visits sales meetings and otherplaces both in the U.S. and internationally Strong leadership interpersonal and collaborationskills.
