We are seeking a Vice President Product Management tolead our product team in the development and growth ofour
Data SaaS (Software as a Service) products. As theVice President Product Management you will be responsiblefor
defining the product vision strategy and roadmap aswell as overseeing the endtoend product lifecycle. Theideal
candidate will have a deep understanding ofdatarelated technologies experience in SaaS product management anda
proven track record of successfully deliveringdatadriven products.
Key Responsibilities
Helps shape product org culture working principles helps improveoverall performance of the product
organization beyondthe direct area of accountability
Knowledge andunderstanding of products at a portfolio level and how these tietogether to drive longer term
strategy.
Develop and execute the product strategy for our Data SaaS productsaligning it with the companys overall
vision markettrends and customer needs.
Lead and manage a team ofproduct managers providing guidance mentorship and support to drivetheir
professional growth and ensure productsuccess.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap basedon market research competitive analysis customerfeedback
and business objectives.
Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including engineering data sciencedesign marketing sales and
customer success to driveproduct development and ensure successful productlaunches.
Conduct thorough market research data analysisand customer interviews to gain insights into customerneeds
pain points and industry trends and translate theminto actionable product requirements.
Drive the productdevelopment process including defining user stories managingfeature prioritization and
ensuring timely delivery ofhighquality releases.
Monitor and analyze key productmetrics track customer feedback and leverage datadriven insights tomake
informed product decisions and optimize productperformance.
Champion a customercentric approachthroughout the organization advocating for userexperience
enhancements conducting user testing andensuring product usability and satisfaction.
RequiredExperience/Skills:
Extensive experience in productmanagement with a strong background in developing and managing DataSaaS
products.
Deep understanding ofdatarelated technologies such as data analytics businessintelligence data integration or
data managementplatforms.
Excellent strategic thinking and analyticalskills with the ability to translate market trends customer needsand
business goals into effective productstrategies.
Proficiency in agile developmentmethodologies and product management frameworks.
Passionfor leveraging data and analytics to drive insights and delivervalue to customers.
Bachelors degree in a relevantfield.
Strong leadership and people management skillswith experience in leading and developing highperforming
product management teams.
