As the Email Developer , you will be responsible for helping to build effective data-driven email marketing processes and execution of campaigns in support of the company’s digital initiatives leading the successful growth of First Alert, Honeywell Home and Resideo brands into innovative industry leading, “Customer First” connected home IoT products and services solutions.

The Email Developer will report to the Digital CRM Sr. Manager and support the broader Marketing and Engineering teams to provide technical excellence in data mapping and integrations to provide effective execution for an assigned set of email campaigns and programs. The role is accountable for end-to-end development of assigned forms development and fields integrations, email domains set up and authentications, email campaigns, workflows, audience targeting and segmentation, version testing and reporting and more. Collaboration with the entire broader Marketing team and leaders on the Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, and Analytics teams will be required to ensure effective implementation of assigned email marketing campaigns.

Job Duties:

• Develop optimized content for mobile responsive cross-channel marketing campaigns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript or other technologies within Adobe Campaign and our technical stack of platforms

• Develop solutions that maximize efficiency and performance powered by automation, dynamic content, and segmentation
• Master complex workflows to pull in audience segmentation and suppressions, versions and deployment throttling for a variety of brands and global regions

• Responsible for executing the technical production of demand generation strategies to drive consumer engagement and improve conversion and engagement rates 
• Communicate with team and business owners in providing tests, completing revisions and scheduling deployments within designated SLA 
• Accountable for resolving campaign issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution
• Ability to pull and interpret analytics to drive results-based initiatives 
• Owns special projects from start to completion, with little supervision or oversight
• Collaborate with other parts of the business including Marketing, Analytics, and Social to share progress, learnings and best practices. 

YOU MUST HAVE:
• Bachelor’s Degree 
• 4+ years industry experience
• Expert proficiency in front-end development with strong knowledge of hand-coding HTML and CSS; other scripting languages a bonus
• Experience testing in multiple email clients, browsers, and devices

• Solid track record of building large-scale, complex B2C and B2B email campaigns from integrated CRM systems. Adobe (Marketo & Campaign) platform experience a plus
• Understanding of relational database fundamentals and related technology query tools

• In-app messaging and SMS experience helpful
