Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market share in the SaaS industry- Oversee the development and execution of sales initiatives, campaigns, and programs- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions- Conduct regular sales meetings, provide coaching and mentorship to sales teams- Manage and optimize sales budgets and resources- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred- 8+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a sales management role- Proven expertise in enterprise sales, particularly in the SaaS industry- Extensive experience with CRM software and sales automation tools- Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead strategic initiatives- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
