Role OverviewAs the
Director of US IT Services Sales , you will drive revenue growth and spearhead sales strategies within the US market. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in IT services sales, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the US IT services market.Identify and prioritize high-growth verticals and opportunities.Client Acquisition & Retention:Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to exceed targets.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.Provide actionable insights to refine product and service offerings.Forecasting & Reporting:Own sales forecasts, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.Present regular updates to executive leadership on sales performance and market conditions.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in IT services sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.Deep understanding of IT services such as cloud computing, managed services, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.Strong network of relationships with enterprise clients and partners in the US market.Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred SkillsExperience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).Familiarity with emerging tech trends such as AI/ML, IoT, and edge computing.Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
