Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead our UI/UX design initiatives and spearhead the creative strategy for an AI-based YouTube channel. This role requires a unique blend of design expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for integrating AI technologies into creative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive UI/UX design strategies that align with client objectives and company goals.- Lead the creative direction for an AI-driven YouTube channel, utilizing advanced animation techniques and AI technologies.- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver innovative and cohesive visual solutions.- Supervise and mentor design teams, fostering a culture of creativity, continuous improvement, and excellence.- Ensure all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards.- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design and AI applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.- 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Proficiency in design tools such as Webflow and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro.- Experience with advanced animation techniques and AI technologies in creative projects.- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.- A compelling portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and successful project outcomes.

Tools/Technologies:

UI/UX Design: Webflow

Graphics and Video Editing: Adobe Creative Cloud (including Premiere Pro)

Animation: Advanced animation tools and AI technologies
