Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Directors calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Handle correspondence (emails, letters, and calls) and prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

  • Coordinate both personal and professional engagements of the Director.

  • Maintain records, files, and documents in an organized and easily accessible manner.

  • Liaise with departments, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.

  • Anticipate the Directors needs and proactively manage priorities to maximize productivity.

  • Assist in project coordination, event planning, and special assignments as directed.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 47 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Location: Vile Parle, West

Job Time: Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm, (Saturday 10 am to 4 pm) ( 2nd Saturday Off )
