
Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Directors calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Handle correspondence (emails, letters, and calls) and prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Coordinate both personal and professional engagements of the Director.
Maintain records, files, and documents in an organized and easily accessible manner.
Liaise with departments, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.
Anticipate the Directors needs and proactively manage priorities to maximize productivity.
Assist in project coordination, event planning, and special assignments as directed.
Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 47 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Location: Vile Parle, West
Job Time: Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm, (Saturday 10 am to 4 pm) ( 2nd Saturday Off )
