
Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the Directors calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate both personal and professional engagements of the Director.
- Maintain records, files, and documents in an organized and easily accessible manner.
- Liaise with departments, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Anticipate the Directors needs and proactively manage priorities to maximize productivity.
- Assist in project coordination, event planning, and special assignments as directed.
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 47 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and perform well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
Location: Vile Parle, West
Job Time: Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm, (Saturday 10 am to 4 pm) ( 2nd Saturday Off )
