- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with business planning, research, and special projects.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in hospitality, business administration, or any related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Must be comfortable working in a **US shift** (5:30 PM-2:30 AM IST).
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
