Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Personal Accountant to manage the CEO's financial records, accounts, and day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally and prior experience in handling accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the CEO's personal and professional accounts.
  • Record, track, and reconcile financial transactions using Tally.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage bank accounts, payments, receipts, and expenses.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Handle income tax filings, GST, and other compliance requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial records.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a personal accountant or in accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9/Prime.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Skills:

  • Expertise in Tally and other accounting software.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
