Customer Support Associate

Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate who is fluent in Hindi to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Hindi-speaking clients. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (0-3 years). The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements in products and services
  • Assist in training new customer support associates as needed
