We’re seeking a self-driven individual to join our Global Customer Support team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be primarily responsible for assisting account applicants and customer leads and equiries from clients across the globe, excluding any Indian residents. You will become a subject matter expert of FOREX.com’s products and services to present needs-based solutions. You must feel comfortable making outbound calls, taking inbound calls and be a key contributor to the team when liaising with general enquiries.

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

College graduate with customer service and/or sales support experience, within a financial services environment preferred but not essentialProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and a “service” oriented mindsetProfessional and friendly attitudeMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environmentGood phone presencePrevious phone calling experience a plusFluent in English and Arabic
