Requirements:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly empathetic with a genuine desire to help individuals grow.
  • Active listening skills, patience, and curiosity about how things work.
  • Ability to test new processes and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, disciplined, organized, and resilient.
  • Eager to learn and open to feedback.
  • Ability to manage work in an organized manner and provide progress reports.
  • Strong execution rigor and attention to detail.



Good to Have:


  • Proficiency in handling data and reports using tools like MS Excel.
  • Basic understanding of programming.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling/customer support.
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, problem-solving, and email drafting.

  • Location: Bangalore (In-office).
  • Shift: Day shift (6days)
