Job Description:

Are you a digital media marketing and brand promotion expert with a strong track record of success? One Seed Capital is looking for a talented individual to lead our social media efforts, enhance brand awareness, and drive high-end  promotional projects. As Employer branding manager, you will have the opportunity to shape our online presence and play a significant role in our company's growth. Please note: This is a hybrid position.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase One Seed Capital's online presence across various platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including articles, videos, infographics, and posts, to promote our brand and real estate investment opportunities.
  • Managing Budget and ROI analysis


Investor Relations:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential investors, providing them with information and insights into our investment projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract high-end investors and convert leads into committed stakeholders.


Conversion Optimisation:

  • Optimize the conversion funnel for social media leads, including creating effective landing pages, lead magnets, and email marketing sequences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve conversion rates.


Data Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of social media and investor relations efforts.


Networking and Community Building:

  • Engage with industry professionals, influencers, and potential investors to expand the company's network and visibility.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, investor relations, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, conversion strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate and investment terminology.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus.
  • Ethical and compliant approach to marketing and investor relations.
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively.
