Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Manager based in Mumbai. As a Brand Manager, you will need to support the development and execution of brand strategies and initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through offline channels ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing brand equity and visibility in the D2C space. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing brand campaigns, conducting market research, analysing brand performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also oversee the development of marketing collateral, maintain brand guidelines, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, identify opportunities for brand expansion, and support the overall growth and success of our clients' brands.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in brand management and marketing
- Define and implement retailer marketing programs for existing products and strategies for new product launches.
- Develop marketing presentations and training manuals for retailer partners and field promoters.
- Monitor brand performance and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and events & BTL activations.Work cross-functionally with on ground, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to amplify brand reach and visibility.
- Manage the brand P&L, analyzing market insights and data points to strategize for growth.
- Recommend innovative marketing initiatives to ensure brand growth in sales and market share.
- Forecast and manage all point-of-sale materials, adjusting forecasts based on business trends.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to improve brand positioning and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Proficiency in brand strategy development and implementation
- Strong analytical ability, with skill to analyze data and develop effective insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
