We are currently hiring for a D2C Marketing Manager to join our team in Mumbai/Pune.

Overview : As a Brand Manager for new d2c product launch in India as well as USA, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to build and maintain a strong brand presence in the market. Your primary goal will be to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and equity while maximizing the brand's potential for growth and profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging, brand image, and customer experience across all channels.

Job Location – Mumbai Juhu/Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Launches and Brand Extensions: Manage the launch of new products or brand extensions, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and messaging. Develop go-to-market strategies and promotional plans to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors. Use insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. This includes defining brand positioning, target audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Brand Identity Management: Maintain and evolve the brand's visual and verbal identity, including logos, typography, color schemes, and tone of voice. Ensure consistency across all communication channels and brand touchpoints.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution : Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to support brand objectives. This involves collaborating with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to produce compelling and effective marketing materials.
  • Social Media Posting and Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to maintain an active presence on relevant platforms. Create engaging content, manage posting schedules, and interact with followers to foster community engagement and brand advocacy.
  • Brand Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and optimization to enhance brand performance and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment with brand objectives and messaging. Act as a brand ambassador and advocate within the organization.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve brand objectives while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Brand Compliance and Governance : Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards across all marketing materials and activities. Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders to uphold brand integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in posting products on Amazon , including product listing optimization, keyword research, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Amazon marketing tools and advertising platforms, such as Amazon Sponsored Products and Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform).
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and visibility through Amazon marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in managing brand presence on social channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to develop and execute social media strategies to engage audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to track and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy and optimization efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably within healthcare products.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling and innovation.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis tools, as well as experience with marketing analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
