About the Role:
We're seeking a talented and experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic team and spearhead the strategic development and communication for our food brand clients. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling brand narratives, developing winning go-to-market strategies, and overseeing all aspects of our clients' digital brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to understand food industry trends and consumer behavior.
Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with client objectives, target audiences, and market positioning.
Define clear brand messaging and value propositions that resonate with target consumers.
Communication & Content Creation:
Oversee the creation of high-quality content (text, images, videos) across various digital channels (website, social media, etc.)
Manage and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and videographers to ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
Develop and implement effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and measure the performance of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in the food & beverage industry.
Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Client Management:
Build strong relationships with food brand clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the brand management process.
Develop and present regular reports on brand performance and campaign results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in brand management or a similar role, preferably within the food & beverage industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies & packaging concepts for food brands.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present brand strategies to clients.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for food and a keen eye for current culinary trends.
Proficiency in project management tools and marketing analytics platforms.
