As a Senior Pre-sales Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by engaging proactively with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and crafting tailored cyber security solutions. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, providing expert technical support throughout the sales cycle and ensuring successful deployment and integration of our digital workspace solutions.  Skills Required  Mandatory Qualifications:  • Educational Background : Degree in Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Network/Security), or equivalent.  • Experience : 4 to 9 years in ZTNA, IAM Digital Identity & Zero Trust Access product demonstrations and solution planning.  • Technical Skills :  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.  • Understanding of networking concepts, network devices (VPN), security concepts (MFA), network protocols, file systems, and AAA.  • Experience with VDI, VPN, MFA, MDM, Azure, AWS, etc.  • Pre-Sales Experience : Preferably in a startup environment.  • Communication & Presentation :  • Excellent skills in presenting technical solutions concisely. • Ability to interact with users and decision-makers effectively.  • Customer Interaction :  • Conduct technical workshops and POCs.  • Map customer requirements to company products.  • Communicate customer needs to product and development teams.  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.  • Sales Support :  • Provide technical support and advice to the sales team.  • Identify opportunities and support deal closure.  • Technical Training :  • Train sales teams, distributors, and channel partners.  • Maintain and update technical knowledge on products and competitors.  Roles and Responsibilities:  • Product Certification : Learn and certify in company products.  • Pre- and Post-Sales Support :  • Design, technical advice, and point of contact.  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and POCs.  • Architect technical solutions to meet customer requirements.  • Sales Cycle Support :  • Answer RFIs, BOMs, and RFPs.  • Build proposals and tender responses.  • Vendor Certification : Meet vendor expectations and certification requirements. • Opportunity Identification :  • Proactively identify new sales leads and follow up to win deals.  • Prepare project proposals and quotations.  • Technical Training & Consultancy :  • Provide product training, consultancy services, and technical advice.  • Offer consultancy to sales and product teams.  • Knowledge Management :  • Create knowledge base articles, tutorial videos, FAQs, and best practice documents. • Manage customer expectations and follow up on inquiries.  • Competitive Analysis :  • Maintain knowledge of competitive products, especially in VDI and VPN domains. • Prepare competitive study and architecture documents.  • Industry Knowledge :  • Stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and best practices.  • Familiarity with compliance regulations, security considerations, and data privacy requirements.  Soft Skills Required:  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  • Team player and collaborator.  • Clarity of thought and analytical skills.  • Self-learner, proactive, and self-motivated.  • Accountable, sincere, and adaptable.
