Role Overview: Our Gurgaon (New Delhi) or Thane (Mumbai), India office is looking for a Service Sales Business Development Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving service business growth through the development and implementation of strategic service sales plans. This role requires a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new service business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients in target markets. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Understand client needs and pain points to tailor service offerings. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's services to prospective clients. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase service capabilities. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns targeting service clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts. Manage the sales process from lead qualification to closing deals. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives. Liaise with service delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery. Work closely with product development teams to incorporate client feedback and enhance service offerings. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to management. Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Continuously seek opportunities to improve knowledge and skills through training and professional development. Requirements: Previous experience in the service industry or related fields is highly desirable. Industry-specific certifications or training programs are a plus. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. A Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumental, Mechanical, or Electromechanical field or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing. Master's degree is a plus. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of success in service business development and sales. Strong understanding of service industry dynamics and trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
