Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the building materials industry, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to effectively promote new products and initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the building materials industry.
  • Experience in Building Materials Industry is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in UAE or any GCC country is an added advantage
  • Valid UAE or GCC driver’s license is an plus.
