Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, tracking sales performance, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and implementing sales initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Experience in the education or consulting industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Adaptable and results-oriented mindset
