Overview: As the Manager Sales for Skills Courses, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth through the effective sales of skills courses offered by the company. You will be instrumental in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for skills courses.
2. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
5. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
7. Ensure compliance with sales processes and policies.
8. Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote skills courses and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
2. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the education or training industry.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
