Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Manage a mix of existing customers & develop new customersHandle customer calls/ visits both inbound & outboundProvide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limitsFollow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactionsProcess customer accounts & file documentsCultivate strong business relationships with key decision makersProactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customersDevelop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospectsParticipate in events on weekends

Key Skills

Excellent communication - Knowledge of English and Hindi with a decent understanding of Kannada.Good client management ability.Candidate should have the acumen to understand the business needs in a short period of time.

QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business1 - 3 years' of sales or account management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills
