Role Description

This is a contract role for a Business Sales Consultant at FriendsSquare. The Consultant will be responsible-


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Process Development:

  • Analyze current sales practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop structured and scalable sales processes tailored to our human development solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.


Sales Funnel Optimization:

  • Design and implement an end-to-end sales funnel.
  • Define and track key metrics at each stage of the funnel to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Create strategies to nurture leads effectively through the funnel.


Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify competitors and benchmark their strategies.
  • Provide insights into pricing, positioning, and customer acquisition tactics used by competitors.
  • Recommend differentiators to position FriendsSquare as the preferred solution provider.


Client Acquisition:

  • Support the business development team with lead generation and prospecting strategies.
  • Assist in creating customized sales pitches and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Act as a consultant for closing deals, offering insights into client pain points and solution alignment.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales consulting, business development, or a similar role, preferably in HR, organizational psychology, or B2B solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, funnels, and metrics.
  • Proficiency in competitor analysis and market research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is a plus.
