We are seeking a seasoned IT recruiter to join our team at T&N Business Services in Delhi. This role is perfect for individuals with experience in the BFSI sector, looking to leverage their skills in talent acquisition and headhunting.

Job Highlights:

  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

About the Role:

As an IT recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews. You will foster relationships with prospective candidates, implement effective IT headhunting strategies, and devise innovative ways to identify top talent that meets our company's technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  2. Execute strategic global hiring programs, keeping abreast of international IT trends
  3. Manage our talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent by screening resumes and managing our database
  4. Design and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience as a recruiter or in a similar role in the field of recruitment
  • Strong technical expertise with the ability to comprehend and communicate job requirements
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking
  • Experience working with computerized HR recruiter software and job boards
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in recruiting or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the technical side of a recruiter role
  • Proficiency in English and the ability to tap into our talent hub
