Job Requirements: Position: State Head - Sales (Kolkata) Industry: Oil & Gas CTC: As per Industry Standards Work Experience: Prefer 8 years of experience in retail sales Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Key Responsibilities: Drive overall sales strategy and execution for West Bengal. Take full ownership of regional sales targets and ensure consistent achievement Develop and implement plans to maximize market penetration and secure maximum market share Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across the region Identify new channel partners, distributors, and business opportunities to expand the footprint Build strong relationships with key channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholders Conduct regular market visits to understand ground realities and support the field team Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
