Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, creating and implementing strategies to improve market share, and building strong relationships with clients. The individual will also analyze market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and negotiate contracts. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, market analysis, and client relationship management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and sales strategies
Experience in analyzing market trends and conducting competitive analysis
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the consultancy or professional services industry will be an advantage
