Cabinify Seeks a Passionate Sales Executive (Interior Design)

Do you have a knack for turning dreams into reality? Are you passionate about interior design and driven to exceed sales goals?

Cabinify, a leading provider of high-quality (custom & modular) cabinetry solutions, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you'll play a key role in building relationships with architects, designers, builders, and other industry professionals, while exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's continued success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and other industry professionals.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, generate new business opportunities, and convert them into sales.
  • Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of Cabinify solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales within the interior design field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong understanding of the interior design industry and current market trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of cabinetry solutions and materials (a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is essential.
  • A passion for interior design and a keen eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
