Role Description
CTC: 6 LPA (in hand)
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Assistant Manager - Industrial at Horizon International. You will be responsible for handling in-house sales and operations executives and your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and engaging with existing & new potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role is located in Gurugram however with travel across India
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, general sales or industrial sales.
- Good knowledge of the manufacturing industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Negotiation and persuasive selling skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of Zoho Books & Zoho Suite is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
