What You'll Do:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.

- Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs).

- Set clear goals and expectations for your team, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to support their development.

- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their individual and team sales targets.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help ISRs improve their skills.

- Analyze sales data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in inside sales or a related sales leadership role.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and coaching techniques.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate others.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome sales challenges.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively.

- A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
