Position: Sponsorship Sales


Location: Noida


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Revenue Generation through Sponsorship Sales : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to generate revenue through sponsorship sales for our HR-focused B2B conferences.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential sponsors through market research, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective sponsors.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sponsorship deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, event planning, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of sponsorships into conference programming.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, preferably within the B2B conference or events industry.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to secure high-value sponsorships and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Network: Established network within the HR B2B industry is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required.
