- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sponsorship Sales Specialist to join our team.Key responsibilities includes:

- Revenue generation through Sponsorship / Corporate / Event sales
- Acquiring new clients from domestic and international markets, building relationship with existing client and delivering client success
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, Client Relationship Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of sponsorships and fulfillment of deliverables
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to optimize sponsorship sales strategies
- Track and report on sales metrics, revenue goals, and pipeline progress

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in handling global market for sponsorship sales, partnership development, or a similar role
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and influence stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of sponsorship trends, best practices, and industry standards
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
