Delegate Sales Executive - National School Connect Event, a quality focused and expanding B2B event production company, has successfully become one of the leading players in each of the markets we service.

Our present portfolio of 36 senior executive business development events spans India, helping buyers and sellers from around the world establish valuable business relationships in the world’s largest markets.

Due to entering our next stage of expansion, with the launch of a new National event division, we have an exciting opportunity for a driven, entrepreneurial, delegate sales executive to join the team driving the growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact clients and new business leads by phone to sell and secure delegate registrations
- Personal responsibility for achieving targets of each event
- Manage client communications leading up to each event
- Market research to identify new contacts to maintain and develop the market leading database you will be working from
- Research and collate trading information on each company we contact
- Progress your knowledge of, and relationships with, each market you are personally responsible for to increase year on year attendance and identify new event opportunities
- Work with the sponsorship, production, marketing and event management team on the continuous improvement of our events Requirements:

- A minimum of 12 months successful Delegate sales track record, ideally phone based. - Fluent, business level English, both verbal and written required
- Fluent, business level English beneficial but not required - Confident, motivated and target driven
- Ability to listen for and identify the needs of others
- Ability to present concepts clearly and persuasively
- Enthusiasm and energy to both work individually and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic with the passion and drive to learn and progress
- Client and quality focused, driven to achieve high professional standards
- Looking to progress your career within National B2B events
- Education to degree level What we offer:

**Salary**: ₹23,500.00 - ₹35,421.24 per month
