**Job Overview**
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Event Caller and Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sponsorship sales for our events by reaching out to potential clients, fostering relationships, and converting leads into sales. You will also engage with attendees for pre-event outreach, ensuring high engagement and a successful event experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sponsorship Sales**: Sell sponsorship packages and secure partnerships by understanding clients' needs and presenting tailored sponsorship opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Event Promotion**: Promote the event to potential attendees and sponsors through phone calls, providing information about the event’s value and benefits.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate sponsorship deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client, and close the sales effectively.
- **Event Coordination Support**: Collaborate with the event management team to ensure all sponsor requirements are met during the event.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead follow-ups, client communications, and sales performance.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor events to refine sales strategies and approach.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sponsorship sales, event sales, telecalling, or business development roles, preferably within the events or marketing industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch and present ideas confidently.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- **Networking**: Ability to build and maintain a professional network within various industries.
- **Customer-Centric**: Strong client service orientation with the ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- **Proactive**: Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to take the initiative.
- **Technology**: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
