With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job Title: IVR – Contact Center SolutionsLocation: Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, NoidaWork Experience: 7-12 yearsMin Experience in : 5+ Years(IVR – Contact Center Solutions, Cisco)Preferred Notice Period: Immediate to 30 DaysMandatory Skills : IVR – Contact Center Solutions, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE CXOne, Kore.ai XO,CTI systems, DM protocols.Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement contact center solutions using platforms such as Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE CXOne, Kore.ai XO- Develop and integrate CTI systems including JTAPI, TSAPI, CISCO CTIOS, ICM, AVAYA IC, Finesse- Configure and troubleshoot TDM protocols (PSTN, E1, T1) and VOIP protocols (SIP, H.323, MRCPv2, RTP)- Build and maintain IVR applications using AVAYA Experience Portal, CISCO Voice Portal, Genesys Voice Portal, NICE CXOne- Utilize toolkits such as AVAYA Orchestration Designer, CISCO Call Studio, Kore.ai, Nuance Call Steering, NICE Studio- Develop applications using VXML, CCXML, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, SQL, Shell/Awk- Manage and deploy solutions on application/web servers like IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, IIS, Oracle WebLogic- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases including HBase, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, Kafka- Integrate with middleware and CRM systems such as ECS, EBS, TIBCO, Salesforce CRM, CISCO Context Services- Develop and consume SOAP and REST APIs for system integrations- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and support of contact center technologiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 5 years of experience in contact center technology and telephony integration- Strong understanding of CTI, IVR, VOIP, and TDM protocols- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages- Experience with enterprise-grade application servers and databases- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentPreferred Certifications:- Avaya Certified Specialist- Cisco CCNA/CCNP Collaboration- Genesys Certified Professional- NICE CXOne Certification-Important Note (Please Read Before Applying)Do NOT apply if:- You have less than 7 years or more than 12 years of experience- You do not have hands-on IVR – Contact Center Solutions, Cisco 5+ experience- You are on a notice period longer than 30 days- You are looking for remote only (role is hybrid in Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida)✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
