With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job Title: IVR – Contact Center SolutionsLocation: Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, NoidaWork Experience: 7-12 yearsMin Experience in : 5+ Years(IVR – Contact Center Solutions, Cisco)Preferred Notice Period: Immediate to 30 DaysMandatory Skills : IVR – Contact Center Solutions, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE CXOne, Kore.ai XO,CTI systems, DM protocols.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement contact center solutions using platforms such as Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE CXOne, Kore.ai XODevelop and integrate CTI systems including JTAPI, TSAPI, CISCO CTIOS, ICM, AVAYA IC, FinesseConfigure and troubleshoot TDM protocols (PSTN, E1, T1) and VOIP protocols (SIP, H.323, MRCPv2, RTP)Build and maintain IVR applications using AVAYA Experience Portal, CISCO Voice Portal, Genesys Voice Portal, NICE CXOneUtilize toolkits such as AVAYA Orchestration Designer, CISCO Call Studio, Kore.ai, Nuance Call Steering, NICE StudioDevelop applications using VXML, CCXML, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, SQL, Shell/AwkManage and deploy solutions on application/web servers like IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, IIS, Oracle WebLogicWork with SQL and NoSQL databases including HBase, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, KafkaIntegrate with middleware and CRM systems such as ECS, EBS, TIBCO, Salesforce CRM, CISCO Context ServicesDevelop and consume SOAP and REST APIs for system integrationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and support of contact center technologiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in contact center technology and telephony integrationStrong understanding of CTI, IVR, VOIP, and TDM protocolsProficiency in programming and scripting languagesExperience with enterprise-grade application servers and databasesExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentPreferred Certifications:Avaya Certified SpecialistCisco CCNA/CCNP CollaborationGenesys Certified ProfessionalNICE CXOne CertificationImportant Note (Please Read Before Applying)🚫 Do NOT apply if:You have less than 7 years or more than 12 years of experienceYou do not have hands-on IVR – Contact Center Solutions, Cisco 5+ experienceYou are on a notice period longer than 30 daysYou are looking for remote only (role is hybrid in Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida)✅ Apply ONLY if you meet ALL criteria above.
