Role Overview:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly with MSPs, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new clients, with a particular focus on MSPs, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, especially within MSPs, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and present compelling business proposals to prospective clients, emphasizing the value proposition of our staffing services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives, particularly in the MSP and Implementation Partner sectors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, detailing progress against targets and highlighting opportunities for growth.
  • Networking: Leverage industry connections to attend relevant events, conferences, and networking sessions, promoting the company’s services and expanding its client base.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong preference for experience in the staffing/recruitment industry and connections within MSPs, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing industry, particularly in relation to MSPs, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with key industry players.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
