About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Doo Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and market development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Assess Opportunities: Identify potential partnership and introducing brokers' opportunities for integration into the company, and assess their feasibility and potential impact.
  • Communicate Company Value: Effectively communicate the company's value, technology, procedures, and partnerships to external stakeholders, including potential partners and clients.
  • Support Existing Partnerships: Support existing partnerships by consistently delivering excellent service to boost their performance and drive business growth.
  • Stay Updated on Market Developments: Stay updated on daily financial market developments and suggest growth strategies to management to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-notch customer service and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Expand Market Reach: Expand market reach through strategic partner collaborations with minimal supervision, and travel regularly to establish and maintain partner relationships and organize educational events.
  • Meet Business Targets: Ensure that business targets meet organizational expectations, and work closely with management to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the brokerage or financial industry.
  • Strong Track Record: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, with quantifiable achievements preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify business opportunities and trends, and the ability to stay updated on market developments.
  • Networking and Relationship-Building Skills: Networking and relationship-building skills to expand the company's client base and drive business growth.
  • Understanding of Market Dynamics: Understanding of market dynamics and industry trends, with familiarity with relevant technologies or trading platforms a plus.
