Sales Executive – Business Development

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, promoting loan products (LAP, business loans, and term loans), and driving revenue growth through strong customer relationships and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Promote and sell NBFC loan products with a focus on SME clients.
  • Understand client financial requirements and recommend the best loan solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursal.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Focus Areas

  • LAP Sourcing Expertise – Proven ability to acquire high-ticket LAP customers.
  • Credit Understanding – Strong knowledge of financials and property documents.
  • Customer Relations – Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Market Penetration – Exposure across metro and Tier 2 markets.
  • Target Achievement – Consistently meets/exceeds sales targets.
  • Channel Management – Strong DSA network and relationship-building ability.
  • Compliance Focus – Knowledge of KYC, credit, and regulatory norms.
  • Tech Proficiency – Comfortable using CRM tools and digital sales platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Any Graduate (Master's in Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales within NBFCs, banks, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of loan products (LAP, business loans, term loans).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in client engagement.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600, ₹900,000.00 per year
