Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Manager to oversee operations, drive revenue growth, and lead business initiatives across the Insurance, Real Estate, and Loan sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth business operations while achieving financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets in Insurance, Real Estate, and Loan verticals.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion avenues.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate sales & operations teams to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to stay ahead.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Insurance, Real Estate, or Loan industry.
- Strong business acumen and market knowledge of financial and real estate services.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
