About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in gathering requirements, process mapping, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of proven experience in Salesforce business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to design scalable solutions that align with business goals.

This is a remote role open exclusively to candidates based in India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical/development team.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Service, IT, etc.) to streamline processes.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend Salesforce features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases, validating results, and documenting feedback.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to Salesforce users.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security protocols.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.
  • Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Must be India-based with ability to work remotely and manage global stakeholders.

Good to Have

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Consultant).
  • Experience in Salesforce Lightning and integration projects.
  • Exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications.
