Job Opportunity: Business Sales & Delivery Leader – Salesforce (Properties Module)Work Location: UAE Project (Remote Delivery – Offshore)

Employment Type: Contract (6 Months) Start Date: 1st October 2025About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst / Delivery Leader with deep expertise in Salesforce Properties Module (Real Estate, Asset Management, Property Leasing workflows). You will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams, ensuring Salesforce Properties solutions are implemented, supported, and enhanced effectively for our client in the UAE Distribution/CPG/Wholesale sector. Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- 7–10 years of total experience as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce project experience.
- Proven expertise in the Salesforce Properties Module (Real Estate, Asset Management, or Property Leasing workflows).
- End-to-end BA skills: requirement gathering, documentation, functional specs, user stories, acceptance criteria.
- Experience collaborating with Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Strong exposure to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for Salesforce Properties.
- Must be available to work remotely on a UAE-based project (offshore).
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
- Prior experience in Distribution / CPG / Wholesale industries.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders remotely.

- You do not have Salesforce Properties module experience.
- You have less than 5 years Salesforce project experience.
- Your background is purely technical/developer with no BA/delivery responsibilities.
- You cannot work full-time in a remote capacity for a UAE project.
- You cannot start work by the 1st of October 2025.
