Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Executive/ Manager with 2–6 years of experience in AAC Blocks / Building Materials sales to drive business growth in the Mumbai region. The role requires developing new clients, expanding dealer networks, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of AAC Blocks across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane regions.
- Identify and acquire new clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Manage existing dealer/distributor relationships and ensure regular order flow.
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Monitor competitor activities
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations for business development.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution, payments, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and business forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2–6 years in sales of AAC Blocks, Building Materials,
- Strong dealer/channel sales background with ability to generate new business.
- Good network with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers in Mumbai region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
