Job Description:We are looking for a driven and experienced Inside Sales Executive with a strong background in ERP solutions to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will have proven success in B2B inside sales, particularly in promoting and selling ERP software and solutions to mid-size and large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:· Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and digital platforms to generate and qualify leads.·

  • Understand client requirements and present ERP solutions (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or other platforms) that align with their business needs.
  • Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical team to deliver compelling demos and solution walkthroughs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to support lead generation campaigns and product positioning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:·

  • Bachelor's degree in business,IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the ERP/Software/IT industry.· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.·
  • Sound understanding of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.Preferred:· Experience in ERP solution selling in verticals like Manufacturing, Retail, or Finance.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Certification or formal training in ERP platforms is a plus.
