- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth.
- Analyze market data to inform business development strategies and adjust approaches as needed.
- Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure favorable contracts.
- Close deals efficiently while ensuring the terms are beneficial to both the client and RRNV TECH.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with recruitment consultants and other team members to align business development efforts with staffing capabilities.
- Provide feedback from clients to the recruitment team to refine candidate sourcing and placement strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on business development activities, including client acquisition, revenue growth, and other key performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the staffing and consultancy industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
