Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Hero Motocorp, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales performance and growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume and market share in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business targets
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers and channel partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in channel sales with a reputable automotive OEM
- BE/B.Tech and MBA in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
